Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 tbsp natural yogurt, 3.5% fat
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, light or white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 tsp chives, frozen or fresh
  • 1 tsp, leveled lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp blossom honey
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

easy and fast

Combine yogurt, balsamic vinegar, sunflower oil, and water in a bowl. Add honey and mix thoroughly. Add chives and grated lemon zest. Season with salt and pepper. Pairs well with leaf salad. If you’re not afraid of the calories, you can also add a splash of cream.
