Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 ml passion fruit juice
  • 200 ml cream
  • 150 ml vodka
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 60 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 10 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Mix well and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. This cocktail is very fruity and tastes like split ice. Shake well before serving.
