Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 cl brandy (apricot brandy)
- 3 cl Calvados
- 15 cl apple wine (Äppelwoi)
- Ginger ale to top up
- Apple peels, red, peeled in spirals
- Lime(s), quartered, for decoration
- Ice, cubed
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Drink with Äppelwoi
Fill a highball or ribbed glass with ice cubes. Add apricot brandy, Calvados, and apple cider, and top with ginger ale. Garnish with quartered limes and red apple peel twists.
