Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 cl brandy (apricot brandy)
  • 3 cl Calvados
  • 15 cl apple wine (Äppelwoi)
  • Ginger ale to top up
  • Apple peels, red, peeled in spirals
  • Lime(s), quartered, for decoration
  • Ice, cubed

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Drink with Äppelwoi

Fill a highball or ribbed glass with ice cubes. Add apricot brandy, Calvados, and apple cider, and top with ginger ale. Garnish with quartered limes and red apple peel twists.
