Spinach – wild garlic – salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 handfuls of young spinach leaves
  • 2 handfuls of wild garlic
  • 1 half lemon(s)
  • 100 ml oil (sunflower oil)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the spinach and wild garlic leaves and cut them into thin strips. Mix the remaining ingredients together to make a dressing and pour it over the strips. Mix well and serve immediately. The salad shouldn’t be left to marinate for long; eat it right away.
