  • n. B. Carrot(s), approx. 2 – 3
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 1 shot of oil of your choice
  • n. B. Wild garlic paste, approx. 1 – 2 tbsp
  • 1 tsp almonds, chopped
  • pepper
  • possibly sweeteners

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Peel and grate the carrots; this is best done with a food processor. Squeeze the lemon and add it to a bowl with oil. Stir in the wild garlic paste and almonds and season with pepper. Now fold in the carrots and you’re done. Tip: You can find plenty of recipes for wild garlic paste on Chefkoch.
