Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 600 g potato(s), waxy
- 1 onion(s), red
- 2 tbsp oil, (coconut oil) organic
- 2 pinch(s) salt (Himalayan crystal salt
- 2 pinch(s) pepper, white
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Peel, wash, and dice the potatoes. Heat the coconut oil in a pan, add the potatoes, and fry. After 10 minutes, turn off the heat completely and let the potatoes rest for 20 minutes. In the meantime, peel and dice the onions. Turn the heat back on, fry the potatoes until golden brown, and add the diced onions. Season with Himalayan salt and white pepper.
