Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 1 bunch arugula
- 1 cream cheese (herbs)
- 1 herb curd
- possibly tomato(s)
- ½ onion(s)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Dice the vegetables, wash the arugula, dry it, and tear it into pieces. Mix the cream cheese and quark together in a bowl with the vegetables and seasoning. It goes perfectly with fresh bread and grilled food.
