Parmesan butter with tomatoes

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter, soft
  • 40 g tomatoes, dried in oil
  • 40 g tomato paste
  • 40 g Parmesan, grated
  • ½ tsp garlic, pickled in oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cream the softened butter until fluffy. Finely chop the pickled tomatoes, then mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Season with salt. It’s best to let it stand overnight so everything can infuse. Store in a cool place.
