  • 1 large garlic clove(s)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp herbs, fresh or frozen
  • n. B. vinegar
  • salt and pepper

quick and easy salad dressing

Press or finely chop the garlic and squeeze the lemon. Mix the garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and herbs. Season with salt and pepper. Let the dressing sit for at least 1 hour. Adjust seasoning if desired. Tips: If you’re using frozen herbs, I recommend the 8-herb version. They should be thawed slightly beforehand to avoid lumps, but you can also use fresh herbs to taste. Add vinegar if desired—depending on how sour you like it—I always use about 1 teaspoon. Start with a little vinegar, as it will intensify as it sits.
