Minced meat pan with peppers and rice

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g minced meat, mixed
  • 4 onions
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 2 green bell peppers
  • 200 g rice
  • 750 ml vegetable stock
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Brown the minced meat in heated oil in a deep pan. Finely dice the onions, add them, and fry briefly. Then stir in the rice. Top up with the vegetable stock and simmer with the lid on for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, wash, deseed, and finely chop the bell peppers. Add them to the pan and sauté for another 10 minutes. Season the rice with salt, pepper, and paprika to taste.
