Salad dressing with yogurt

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g yogurt, 1.5 or 3.5%
  • 1 tsp vegetable broth
  • ½ tsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or rapeseed oil
  • 2 tsp, leveled sugar
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, light
  • 2 tbsp salad herbs
  • 1 pinch of garlic granules
  • 50 ml water, for consistency
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

great for all salads

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until well blended. Season with vinegar and water for a more or less spicy flavor. You can also add a little more garlic for a more intense flavor.
