Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 lemon(s), the juice
- 100 g feta cheese
- 150 g yogurt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp honey
- salt and pepper
- possibly water
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Press or finely chop the garlic cloves. Squeeze the lemon. Blend the feta cheese with the yogurt. Add the parsley, lemon juice, garlic, oil, and honey, and stir. Season with salt and pepper. Add a little water if needed.
