- 1 pork schnitzel, breaded
- 1 slice of toast
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tomato(s)
- 1 tsp mustard
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Toast, schnitzel and egg
Toast the bread and spread with mustard. Fry the schnitzel and place it on the slice of toast. Fry a fried egg and place it on top of the schnitzel. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika and garnish with the sliced tomato.
