Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 600 g potatoes
  • 150 g ham, cooked
  • 150 ml milk
  • 200 g cream cheese with herbs
  • 2 tbsp clarified butter
  • 1 bunch of chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly. Cut the ham into strips. Mix the herb cream cheese with the milk. Fry the potatoes in clarified butter, add the ham, and continue frying. Pour the milk mixture into the pan and cook with the lid on for 20 minutes over low heat. Garnish with chives, if desired.
