Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 potatoes
- 3 Vienna sausages
- 2 eggs
- 1 small can of peas and carrots
- Salt
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
quick and easy, for children
Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly. Fry them in a little oil in a pan and season with salt. When they’re crispy, slice the sausages and add them. Add the peas, carrots, and eggs and mix well.
