Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 175 ml sour cream
- 4 tbsp horseradish, from the jar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, freshly ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
