Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 160 g cream cheese, grainy or regular
- 30 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 220 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 egg(s)
- 160 g brown sugar
- 100 ml oil, neutral
- 300 ml buttermilk

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Makes 24 muffins. Preheat oven to 180°C and grease the muffin tin. For the cream cheese filling, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla sugar until fluffy. For the muffin batter, mix the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder in a bowl. In another bowl, whisk the egg, brown sugar, oil, and buttermilk. Slowly add the flour mixture and fold in until a smooth batter forms. Spoon about 1.5 teaspoons of the muffin batter into the cases. Then add 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese filling to the center of each. Fill the muffins with 1 tablespoon of the muffin batter. Bake for about 20-25 minutes.
