Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 10 g rapeseed oil
- 10 g lemon juice or lime juice
- 10 g syrup, red, e.g. cassis, raspberry, aronia, etc.
- lots of salt
- lots of pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 2 minutes
A simple vinaigrette with only five ingredients.
Place the container on a scale and add all the ingredients. The order doesn’t matter. Season generously with salt and pepper. A vinaigrette must be overseasoned, otherwise the flavor will barely come through in the salad. Shake/mix the vinaigrette well. The different phases (oil, syrup, and lemon juice) will settle, so always shake before use. Rapeseed oil is a great base oil due to its nutty flavor; if you want your vinaigrette to have a fruitier flavor, you can also use olive oil.
