Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ lemon(s), juice
  • olive oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 3 minutes

for mixed salad

Squeeze the lemon, add a little olive oil, and stir in the sugar. Whisk in the mustard until it’s no longer crumbly. Season with salt and pepper. Serve over your choice of mixed salad.
