Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 cups water
- 450 g pineapple
- 60 g fresh ginger, possibly only 30 g
- 125 ml lemon juice
- 6 tbsp sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
1 cup = 250 ml
Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree. Strain the juice through a sieve and it’s ready to serve.
