Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tea bag (black tea)
  • 1 handful of dried figs, approx. 10 pieces
  • 2 bananas
  • 85 g walnuts, unsalted
  • 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder
  • n. B. Honey
  • 3 cup(s) milk, 4 cups if necessary
  • some water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

1 cup = approx. 250 ml

Pour boiling water into a large bowl and steep the tea bag—ideally following the instructions on the bag. Add the figs and let them steep for 30 minutes, until they’re saturated. Then remove the figs from the tea, drain well, and slice or cut into medium-sized pieces. Peel the bananas and cut them into even-sized pieces. Place the figs, banana slices, walnuts, honey, cinnamon, and milk in a blender. Blend thoroughly until smooth. Best served cold.
