Green beans with tomatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 chopped onions
  • 4 tbsp oil (olive oil)
  • 750 g green beans, cut into pieces
  • savory, to taste
  • 500 g tomatoes, peeled and cut into pieces
  • Herb salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 2 clove(s) garlic, chopped
  • ½ bunch parsley, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Sauté the chopped onions in oil until golden. Add the diced beans and savory, and simmer for 15 minutes. Then add the peeled and diced tomatoes and the spices. Sauté for about 20 minutes until tender. Mix the chopped garlic into the vegetables and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
