Quick buttermilk dressing

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 100 ml buttermilk
  • 120 ml olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Wash the lemon in hot water, dry it, zest it, and squeeze out the juice. Combine the lemon zest and juice with buttermilk, honey, salt, and pepper. Carefully stir in the olive oil.
