Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 jar chicken broth (strong, with chicken)
  • ½ bag of soup vegetables, frozen
  • 80 g soup noodles
  • 1 can of egg custard

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Place the meat and broth in a pot (you may need to shred the meat a bit). Fill the jar again to the brim and add the water. Add the vegetables (you can use frozen ones), the pasta, the egg custard, and salt. Bring to a boil. Simmer until the pasta is al dente.
