Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g minced meat, mixed
- 2 tbsp oil
- 250 g onion(s)
- 250 g rice
- ¾ liter meat broth
- 2 bell peppers, red
- 2 bell peppers, green
- salt and pepper
- curry
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Brown the minced meat in hot oil and season. Add the onion rings and sauté until translucent, then add the rice and deglaze with the hot broth. Simmer for about 15 minutes, then add the sliced bell peppers and simmer for another 10-15 minutes. Season generously with paprika and curry powder. Serve with a green salad. It’s really quick and easy—and it’s all in one pan.
