Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (short)
  • 250 g diced ham
  • 3 gherkins
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente, drain well, and set aside. Meanwhile, trim the bell peppers and finely dice them along with the cucumber. Place the pasta in a large pot and mix well with the diced ham, bell peppers, and cucumber. Beat the eggs and sour cream, season with pepper and paprika, and add to the pasta mixture. Heat gently (!) while stirring, then season to taste. Delicious both hot and cold!
