Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 250 g arugula
  • 250 g apple
  • 100 g walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tbsp, heaped crème fraîche
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Coarsely grate the radishes and apples, and finely slice the arugula. Fold in the crème fraîche and chopped walnuts. Season with salt and a squeeze of lemon juice.
