Cheese crumble cake with raisins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 cups flour
  • 250 g butter, soft
  • 1 cup sugar (small cup)
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 500 g quark
  • ½ pack of pudding powder (vanilla flavor)
  • 75 g butter
  • 1 cup sugar (small cup)
  • 1 dash of lemon juice
  • e.g. raisins

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 3 hours 30 minutes

made very simply, with just a few ingredients

For the dough, knead the flour, softened butter, sugar, egg yolks, and baking powder into a dough. Place half of the dough in the refrigerator for 20 minutes and freeze the other half. Preheat the oven (170°C, fan-assisted), grease the baking dish, and line it with baking paper. For the quark mixture, cream the butter and sugar until fluffy. Stir in the quark, vanilla pudding powder, lemon juice, and raisins, if desired. Spread the dough from the refrigerator into the dish and spread the quark mixture over it. For the crumble topping, roughly shave the dough from the freezer over the quark mixture. Bake the cake for approx. 50-60 minutes.
