Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 tsp rosemary, dried
- 1 large orange(s) (juice orange)
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp fruit vinegar
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Instructions

goes perfectly with exotic and Mediterranean salads
Grind the rosemary in a mortar and pestle and squeeze the juice from the orange. Combine both ingredients with the other ingredients to make a dressing and drizzle over the salad.
