Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 lettuce heart(s)
  • 3 tbsp hazelnut milk (hazelnut drink)
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp hazelnut oil or walnut oil
  • 1 tbsp salad herbs
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Trim, trim, and wash the lettuce. Mix the dressing and season to taste. Mix everything together and serve.
