Ingredients for 4 servings:
- ½ red bell pepper(s), very finely chopped
- ½ onion(s), very finely chopped
- Chives, very finely chopped
- Parsley, very finely chopped
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of garlic, granulated
- 2 tbsp sugar (to taste)
- 1 tbsp vinegar (red wine vinegar)
- some water
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
for all leaf salads
Mix everything together.
