Creamy salad dressing with coffee cream

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 ml coffee cream, 10%
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice, fresh or from a glass bottle
  • 1 tsp mustard, medium or hot
  • ½ tsp powdered sugar
  • some sea salt OR:
  • some herbal salt
  • some pepper, white or black
  • Broth, water or fruit juice as needed

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Pour the ingredients into a suitably sized container, close the lid, and shake well or whisk until smooth. The salad dressing can also be stored in the refrigerator and poured over the salad as needed. Shake again before serving. If the dressing is too creamy, add a tablespoon at a time with water, broth, or fruit juice to thin it out, and season to taste. In addition to green and mixed salads, you can also use this dressing to make leftover cooked pasta into a salad, seasoning it to taste and adding herbs and vegetables if desired. The salad is ready to serve at the office.
