simple, quick and delicious
Knead the ingredients for the base into a dough using the dough hook of a whisk. Then form it into a ball and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 170°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper (or grease it and sprinkle some breadcrumbs on it). Roll out the mixture onto it. Bake the dough briefly in the oven for about 10 minutes. Then remove it from the oven. In the meantime, prepare the topping. Mix all ingredients except the fruit thoroughly (it will remain very liquid!). Spread the drained cherries and peaches evenly over the now slightly cooled base and then pour the liquid quark and milk pudding mixture over it. Bake at 170°C (fan oven) for about 30 minutes. Tip: Instead of cherries and peaches, you can also use canned mandarins, for example.
