Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 fish (rudd)
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 onion(s), red, halved
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Rinse the rudd thoroughly, then season with salt and pepper. Finely chop half an onion and the garlic, toss briefly in a little oil, and stuff the fish with them. Slice the lemon and the remaining half an onion and place them on a fish grill. Add the salted and peppered fish to the grill and close the lid. Grill the fish for two minutes on each side over direct heat, then finish cooking on the edges for a good 5-6 minutes. Serve with tzatziki and grilled potatoes (tip: pre-cook the potatoes).
