Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 cod fillets, approx. 250 g each
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 bunch of dill
- pepper
- Salt
- 2 tbsp oil
- 100 g crab meat
- 1 egg yolk
- 50 g cheese, grated, for gratinating
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Clean the fish. Combine the lemon juice, chopped onion, dill, pepper, and oil, drizzle over the fish, and let it marinate, covered, for about 30 minutes. Turn once. Grill the fish under the preheated grill for about 8 minutes on each side, then season with salt. Combine the crab, egg yolk, and cheese, add to the chops, and grill for another 2 minutes until golden brown.
