Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 salmon steaks, approx. 150 gr each
- 6 tbsp oil – teriyaki marinade for brushing
- 50 g radish(s), grated
- 1 piece(s) ginger, cut into fine strips
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cover the salmon steaks with 6 tablespoons of teriyaki marinade and marinate in the refrigerator. Pat dry, brush with oil, and grill for about 7 minutes on each side. Brush with teriyaki marinade occasionally. Serve with a radish and ginger mound.
