Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 tbsp seasoning sauce (Ume-Su apricot seasoning)
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp, heaped mango chutney
- 60 ml water, lukewarm
- 1 tsp, heaped vegetable broth, instant, glutamate-free
- 70 ml raspberry vinegar
- 70 ml nut oil, good, cold-pressed
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine all ingredients, except the oil, in a screw-top jar and shake well (or blend in a blender). Then add the oil and shake again. This makes enough for a family-sized bowl of salad.
