Coconut Kiss

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pineapple
  • 1 cup of cream
  • ½ liter pineapple juice
  • ½ liter cherry juice
  • Coconut syrup as needed
  • 1 jar ice cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Carefully cut off the top part of the pineapple, including the leaves. Then hollow out the pineapple with a pineapple cutter, taking care not to damage the rim and bottom. Scoop out the flesh and set it aside (you won’t need it unless you have a juicer; in this case, you can use the flesh of the hollowed-out pineapple and make your own juice with the juicer instead of the pineapple juice you’ll need). Fill the hollowed-out pineapple with the ice cubes. Mix the cream, pineapple juice, coconut syrup, and cherry juice, season to taste, and finally fill the pineapple. Tips: If desired, garnish a long cocktail stick with various fruits and dip it into the drink. Serve with a straw. You can also use several mini pineapples; that looks pretty good too.
