Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 bunch of asparagus
- 1 sprig of celery
- 250 ml broth
- 250 ml cream or milk
- 1 ½ tbsp turmeric
- 1 tbsp tandoori masala
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Pour the broth into a deep pan or pot and bring to a boil. Peel the asparagus and chop it into small pieces along with the celery. Add both to the broth and simmer for about 5 minutes. Then pour in the cream or milk. Stir in the turmeric and tandoori masala and simmer for another 10 minutes to tenderize the asparagus. Serve with rice.
