American blueberry muffins, makes about 8 pieces

Preheat the oven to 200°C and grease the muffin tins. For the batter: Mix together the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder. In a separate bowl, combine the oil, egg, and milk, then stir into the flour mixture until a smooth batter forms. The batter may seem tough, but that’s okay. Then gently fold in the blueberries. Pour the batter into the muffin tins. For the crumble: Mix the sugar, flour, butter, and cinnamon together with a fork or by hand. When everything is nice and crumbly, pour it over the batter. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
