Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 tbsp instant coffee powder (cappuccino powder)
  • 1 tsp, levelled cocoa powder
  • 800 g cream cheese
  • 75 g crème fraîche
  • 125 g sugar
  • 1 small bottle(s) of butter-vanilla flavoring
  • 5 tbsp semolina
  • 4 eggs
  • Fat for the mold
  • Breadcrumbs for the form
  • possibly chocolate decoration (mocha beans)

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix the cappuccino powder and 5 tablespoons of hot water. Halve the cappuccino mixture and stir the cocoa powder into one half. Allow the mixture to cool. Beat the cream cheese, crème fraîche, semolina, sugar, and flavoring until creamy, then stir in the eggs one at a time. Divide the cheese mixture into three and pour one-third into a greased and breadcrumbed loaf pan and smooth the surface. Stir the cappuccino mixture into 1/3 of the cheese mixture, pour it into the pan, and smooth the surface again. Stir the cocoa mix into the last third of the cheese mixture and return it to the loaf pan and smooth the surface. Bake in a preheated oven (top and bottom heat) at 150°C for approx. 1.5 hours. Allow to cool and dust with cocoa powder. Decorate with chocolate mocha beans, if desired.
