Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 ½ cl Amaretto
  • 1 ½ cl orange liqueur (Cointreau or similar)
  • Sparkling wine, chilled
  • Ice, cubed

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Own creation; cocktail with Amaretto

Shake the Amaretto and orange liqueur with 2-3 ice cubes, strain into a champagne glass, and top with chilled sparkling wine. Garnish with a little orange peel or a slice of orange, if desired. The name is a combination of AMARetto and MimOSA (sparkling wine with orange liqueur or juice). If you prefer a sweeter drink, feel free to add 2 cl of each liqueur.
