Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 turkey schnitzels
- 60 ml olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic granules, or fresh garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper (black)
- some chili (to taste)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes
also suitable for grilling
Wash the turkey cutlets, dry them, and cut them into pieces. Thread them onto skewers and set aside. Mix the marinade from the ingredients below and brush it onto the skewers. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. You can then grill or pan-fry it.
