Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 50 ml Baileys Irish Cream or other cream liqueur
  • 200 ml pineapple juice
  • 50 ml liqueur (coconut liqueur)
  • 100 ml cream substitute (Rama Cremefine for whipping)
  • 2 tbsp ice, crushed

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

typical, creamy ladies’ cocktail

Empty the crushed ice into two glasses. Combine the remaining ingredients in a shaker, mix well, and pour into the glasses. Tip: You can also use other fruit juices. With pineapple juice, it’s similar to a Pina Colada. This cocktail has tasted good with every juice except apple juice.
