Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g biscuits (butter biscuits)
  • 200 g walnuts
  • 200 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder (baking cocoa)
  • 100 ml milk

Instructions

Chop the walnuts slightly. Chop the butter cookies finely and then add them to the walnuts. Mix the sugar with the cocoa powder. Add the milk and bring to a boil. Add the butter and cook until completely melted. Add the mixture to the cookies and walnuts and mix well. Fill the mixture with plastic wrap like a sausage and wrap it around the edges to give it some stability. Refrigerate for about 2 hours. Cut into “sausage” slices before eating.
