Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 large apple (Granny Smith)
  • 2 tsp rapeseed oil
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar
  • 28 g Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp pecans, roasted, chopped
  • Honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 6 minutes; Total time approx. 21 minutes

Preheat the grill to moderate heat. Peel and core the apple, and cut into approximately 13 mm thick slices. Toss the apple slices with the oil and powdered sugar in a large bowl. Turn the apple slices once on the grill, just until they are just cooked through and have a nice pattern, about 3 minutes per side. Remove from the grill, grate Parmesan cheese over the apples, garnish with pecans, and drizzle with honey to finish.
