Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 mango(s), very ripe
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • some lemon juice
  • some sweetener
  • some chocolate (coconut chocolate, Romy), chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the mango, cut the flesh from the pit, and puree it with lemon juice. Season the quark with sweetener to taste. Stir everything together and pour into bowls. Sprinkle with chopped chocolate and refrigerate until ready to serve.
