Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 250 ml milk
- 350 g flour
- ¾ pack of baking powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 3 tsp gingerbread spice
- 1 tsp clove powder
- 100 g cocoa powder
Instructions

the best chocolate spice cake ever, made in a Bundt cake pan
Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy, then add the eggs and milk. Gradually add the flour and baking powder. Stir in the cinnamon powder, gingerbread spice, and clove powder. Sift in the cocoa powder and stir vigorously. Grease a large Bundt cake pan well and pour in the batter. Bake for 40-45 minutes, then remove from the oven, let cool, and remove from the pan. Serve with whipped cream.
