Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 50 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 250 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 200 ml milk, lukewarm
  • Cinnamon + sugar (mix)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Whisk the fat until fluffy, then add the sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs alternately, stirring until the sugar is melted. Stir in the sifted flour, baking powder, and cinnamon, a spoonful at a time, alternating with the milk. Pour the batter into the center of your waffle iron. Sprinkle the waffles with cinnamon and sugar and serve warm if possible. This recipe yields 8 waffles.
