Light dressing for leaf salads

Whisk together the yogurt and oil, add salt, chili or pepper, sugar or a sugar substitute, and balsamic vinegar, then season with curry. If the dressing is too thick, thin it with a small splash of juice or fruit tea. Of course, fresh chopped herbs such as dill, parsley, chives, lemon balm, or cress can also be added. This salad dressing goes well with all leafy salads, whether hearty or delicate, is quick to prepare, and very tasty. And since it can be prepared with fewer calories, you can enjoy a little more of it.
